Flexible Polyolefin Adhesive Heat Shrink Tubing -2:1

Adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing offers a convenient protection solution for a broad range of electronic components, wire splices and cable and wire bundles. With this utilization of this flexible polyolefin adhesive heat shrink tubing, automotive, truck and marine wiring splices and connections are quickly and easily protected from harsh environmental conditions.

Available in a wide assortment of sizes, H750 thin-wall adhesive heat shrink tubing offers the tremendous advantages of integral adhesive-lined construction. The adhesive tubing is made from highly durable, flame-retardant flexible polyolefin in combination with a thin layer of special thermoplastic adhesive. The heat shrinkable outer wall is selectively cross-linked while maintaining the high flow and excellent adhesion of the inner sealant liner.

When heated in excess of 121°C (250°F), H750 adhesive lined shrink tubing rapidly shrinks to a skintight fit, forcing the melted adhesive lining to flow and cover the substrate. The adhesive forms a flexible bond with a wide variety of rubbers, plastics and metals. Upon cooling, the adhesive solidifies and forms a permanent, non-drying, flexible and water-resistant barrier-providing a superior level of protection to the underlying cable or wiring material.
